Live Zoom-based Fitness Classes

$30/month for unlimited classes (see rates for info on how to pay)

Schedule (all times MST/MDT)

  • Sunday 9 am: Chisel
    This endurance weights class focuses on one body part for 5-6 minutes. There is an extended stretch at the end.

  • Monday, 9 am: All-Levels Pilates Mat
    This all-levels (lots of modifications) Pilates class is done on the floor and focuses on stability, core, flexibility & breath.

  • Tuesday, 9 am: Ball and Balance
    This weights class uses optional (and inexpensive) props such as stability balls and foam rollers to challenge the core and improve balance.

  • Wednesday, 9 am: All-Levels Pilates Mat

    This all-levels (lots of modifications) Pilates class is done on the floor and focuses on stability, core, flexibility & breath.

  • Thursday, 9am: Cardio Sculpt

    This class has more of a Cardio focus and often uses weights.

Personal training

  • Now doing in-home and virtual personal training! Contact Us to discuss pricing and details. I also have an in-home studio complete with Pilates Reformer/Chair and standard resistance tubing and weights if you prefer to train in person.
